GeM + eProcure tender monitoring for Indian small businesses
Never miss a tender you could have won.
BidWatch watches GeM and eProcure for your categories, keywords and regions, and sends you a digest every morning — with anything closing soon flagged. You bid. We make sure you see it in time.
Monitoring and alerts only. We never bid on your behalf, and we never ask for your GeM password.
How it works
Tell us what you sell
Your categories, keywords and regions — one message, once. No forms, no software to learn.
We watch, daily
GeM and eProcure are checked every day, including IST nights — monitoring runs from Canada, so the night shift is covered.
You get the digest
Every morning: new tenders matching your business, anything closing within 7 days flagged, and direct links to the tender documents. You bid yourself.
What a digest looks like

Founding round — first 10 clients
Join in the launch month and your price is locked for life — it never rises for you, even as the price steps up for later joiners (capped at 2× launch price). Each founding member also gets 3 referral slots at the founding price.
International clients: $35 / $70 / $120 per month for the same three tiers — ask about card payment.
Questions, answered straight
Are you part of GeM or the government?
No. BidWatch is an independent service that reads the public tender listings on GeM and eProcure. We are not affiliated with GeM, NIC, or any government body.
Do you bid on my behalf?
No — monitoring and alerts only. You bid, you win, you deliver. We never submit documents or bids for you, and we never ask for your portal password.
Can you guarantee I will win tenders?
No, and anyone who promises that is selling something else. What we guarantee is that you will see the tenders matching your business, in time to act on them.
What do I need to start?
Your categories, keywords and regions — that's it. No software, no login, nothing to learn. Digests arrive as messages on WhatsApp or email.
How do I pay?
Direct clients pay by UPI on a monthly invoice. International clients, ask us about card payment.
What if a tender closes in a day or two?
Short windows are normal on GeM — that is exactly why the digest flags anything closing within 7 days, and why Pro alerts go out the same hour.

Terms of Service
Accepted before your first digest. Short version: we watch, you bid.
1. What this service is
BidWatch monitors public tender listings (GeM, eProcure/CPPP, and state portals on higher plans) and sends you a digest of tenders matching the categories, keywords and regions you gave us. It is an information and alerting service only.
2. What it is not
We do not bid for you, prepare or submit documents, or act as your agent with any buyer or portal. Every bidding decision is yours.
3. No guarantees
We work carefully and check every digest against the source listings, but we do not guarantee that every tender in existence will appear in a digest, and we never guarantee that you will win any contract. Portals can change, delay or withdraw listings without notice.
4. Verify before you bid
Every digest links to the official tender document. Deadlines, values and requirements in that official document are the final truth — always confirm them there before acting.
5. Liability cap
If we make an error, our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the error occurred. We are not liable for missed tenders, lost bids, or lost profits.
6. Your price
Founding members keep their founding price for life, as promised at signup. Your price is in your welcome message and never changes upward while you stay subscribed.
7. Cancelling
Either side may cancel at any time. Service runs to the end of the month already paid; no partial-month refunds, no cancellation fees, no lock-in. See also Refunds & Cancellation.
8. Fair use
Your subscription covers one business. Digests are prepared for your business only and are not for resale or redistribution.
9. Referrals
Founding members receive 3 referral slots. A referred person who signs up through your slot receives the founding price, locked under these same terms.
Every digest carries this footer: “Deadlines verified against the official tender document linked above — always confirm there before bidding. BidWatch is an alerting service; bidding decisions are yours.”
Privacy Policy
We need very little about you to watch tenders for you. Here is exactly what that is.
What we collect
Only what the service needs: the categories, keywords and regions you ask us to watch; a contact for delivery (your WhatsApp number or email); and your plan and payment status for billing. Nothing else.
What we never collect
Your GeM or eProcure login — we never ask for it, because monitoring reads public listings and needs no login. Your bank or card credentials — UPI payments go through your bank or UPI app, never through us.
How it is used
Only to prepare and deliver your digests and to bill your plan. Your watchlist and your contact details are used for your subscription and nothing else.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your details with anyone. Digests are prepared for your business only and are not for resale or redistribution.
This website
This page is a plain static file. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
Deletion
Ask us at the contact email on this page and we will delete your details; your digests stop with them.
Refunds & Cancellation
No lock-in, no exit fees, no fine print games.
Cancel anytime
Either side may cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in period.
What happens after you cancel
Service runs to the end of the month already paid, then stops. There are no partial-month refunds — if you cancel mid-month, you keep receiving digests until that month ends.
If we make an error
Our total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid for the month in which the error occurred, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Founding price and cancellation
Your founding price stays locked while you stay subscribed. If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the price then offered to new clients.
How to cancel
Email us at the contact address on this page saying you want to cancel. That is the whole process.
About BidWatch
An independent monitoring service for Indian small businesses that sell to government buyers.
What we do
We watch GeM and eProcure (CPPP) every day for your categories, keywords and regions, and send you a morning digest: new matches, anything closing within 7 days flagged, and direct links to the official tender documents. Higher plans add state portals, countdown alerts and same-hour priority alerts.
Why it exists
Government bids often close within days of appearing. A small business that checks the portals once a week misses most of them. BidWatch exists so a missed morning never means a missed bid.
How we work
Monitoring runs from Canada, so IST nights are covered — the hours when many tenders get posted quietly. Every digest is cross-checked against the official source listings before it ships. We read public listings only, which is why we never need your portal login.
What we are not
We are not part of GeM, NIC, or any government body, and we are not a bidding agency. Monitoring and alerts only — you bid, you win, you deliver.
Who it is for
Micro and small enterprises selling goods or services to government buyers — the businesses that lose the most from a tender they never saw.
BidWatch API
A machine-readable tender feed for businesses with their own systems. The API is a Pro add-on — ask us for access and a key.
Endpoints
GET /tenders — list tenders, with filters source (gem or cppp), keyword, closing_before and limit.
GET /tenders/closing-soon — tenders closing within a window, default 72 hours, nearest deadline first.
GET /tenders/{id} — one tender by id.
GET /health and GET /docs — open, no key needed.
Authentication
Every /tenders request carries your key in the X-API-Key header. Keys carry daily limits; ask about the tier that fits your volume. Your API base URL is given with your key.
Example response
GET /tenders?keyword=housekeeping returns tenders in this shape:
{
"id": "2026_NTPC_112953_1",
"title": "Housekeeping manpower, Boiler U-1 Area",
"organisation": "NTPC Limited, Lara",
"source": "cppp",
"closing": "2026-10-29T15:00",
"reference": "NTPC/Lara STPP/9900335426"
}
Example shown in the documented format, from the sample digest. Live data arrives with the public launch.
What it is not
The API serves public tender listings only. It does not submit bids, and it is not affiliated with GeM, NIC, or any government body. Deadlines and requirements in the official tender document are always the final truth.
